The Columbus Regional Airport Authority is looking to add a customer service oriented independent worker to our Parking and Ground Transportation team, tasked with enforcing the Rules of Commercial Ground Transportation at CMH. The Parking & Ground Transportation Coordinator maintains order and monitors commercial drive, the loading dock, parking garage, remote parking lots, employee lot or any areas as assigned by a Parking & Ground Transportation representative. Duties include interfacing with commercial operators as well as monitoring charter bus activity and taxi operation.


Education & Experience:
• High school diploma. Equivalent education, work experience, knowledge and skills may qualify.
• 3 years work experience in ground transportation or related field (hotel/hospital valet parking, transportation coordinator) required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver's license.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook
• Solid customer service skills
• Displays cooperation and performs as a team player
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability
• Ability to perform duties effectively and efficiently


Active Work: Active work involves walking and standing most of the time; sitting occasionally. Moves about on feet to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force required to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
